We meet for Core Curriculum on Saturdays from 11am - 3pm PDT / 2pm - 6pm EDT with the School's Founder and Director, Lead Trainer, Erika Faith Calig, E-RYT500. Additionally, practice classes are scheduled for Sunday 11am PDT / 2pm EDT and Thursdays 4pm PDT / 7pm EDT. In the practice classes, included in the tuition fees, you learn Yoga for Mental Health, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Restorative approaches -- as well as new techniques for self-healing that are often not included in traditional or classical Yoga classes. All meetings with Erika include Practicum, Lecture, Discussion, Asana Breakdown, and Teaching Methodology.
Katie Walter, RYT 500, E-RYT 200 Assistant Teacher takes over for our Wednesday Core Curriculum class meeting at 3pm PDT / 6pm EDT. On this day, you'll venture into the world of applied Anatomy & Physiology for Hatha Yoga. Additionally, Katie provides a supportive and encouraging space for all students to learn and practice teaching. Through group and peer classes, you train your voice and build confidence to guide others through a Yoga Class. Katie leads additional practice classes throughout the week for further nourishment.

Cloud Nine Yoga is a 200/300 Yoga Alliance Registered School since 2002. We have been training yoga teachers and offering certification courses since 1999.

Erika Faith is the founder and director of Cloud Nine Yoga Schools, nationally recognized by The Yoga Alliance at the highest level since 2002.
Erika lives by trusting that miracles are waiting around every corner. She has been teaching yoga since 1995 and built Cloud Nine Yoga School in 1999, seeking to create a healing environment through a permission-based model for learning the practice of Yoga. She does this through affirmation, reflection, humor, music, poetry, and prayers. Erika inspires people to find their own source of wholeness by asking the deeper questions that bring personal insight, community awareness, and connection with the Great Spirit.
